Catalyze Your Innovation Flow - Five Qualities To Resolve Bottlenecks
In today’s context, innovation is a different beast altogether! To stay in the competition, organizations must innovate continuously. This means moving robust ideas through the innovation pipeline faster and more effectively, while never losing sight of the context and needs of the customer. Over the last 15 years, the acquisition of design agencies by organizations has accelerated the effort to push in-house innovation capabilities and promote innovation at scale. Now even though design talent can be exceptional at imagining ideas for the future, organizations often miss investing in talent that can effectively navigate the flow of ideas through the innovation pipeline. As we know, innovation is not just ideation, it is a process that enables ideas to flow towards impact. It is natural for organizational workflows, especially in mid to large companies, to be especially tricky to navigate.
This brings us to the question — does your organization have the right workforce that can successfully deliver the innovative ideas to realization?
I want to explore this with my team/ organization.
