Creating a usability testing lab within a co-working space

We created a usability testing lab within a co-working space, researched and ensured a proper setup of conferencing tools, and fine-tuned the company’s selection criteria for participants. Throughout the testing process, we also provided cultural facilitation to help the client better understand the needs of the Indian consumer market and translate these into their platform for testing with participants.
